Sorry to disappoint you but the actually game itself is the same as the all-age version. The R18 version is only R18 because of the art book and the pre-order bonus for a copy of 空を飛ぶ、3つの方法. Speaking of which, I hope someone upload a scan of the art book! And Momiji is my waifu!

No routes. Just one route with two endings (True and Normal).

pretty much 1 route, there're normal and true endings but the differences are extremely minor.

Basically, you get a prologue that goes straight to bad end, then the actual game starts where you switch between 2 perspectives and try to get to the real endings.
